That can adapt a 1/8" stereo plug to fit a 1/8" mono jack, a 1/8" stereo plug to fit a 1/4" stereo jack, a 1/4" stereo plug to fit a 1/8" stereo jack. Edition4.

and two 1/8" stereo plugs to fit 1/8" stereo jack (to allow two people to listen from a single output jack). Edition2.
