What's the difference between parallel and series speaker connections? Please help.

  1. Speakers are connected in parallel when all the speakers' negative terminals are connected together
  2. and all their positive terminals are connected together. thanks.

Speakers are connected in series when the first speaker's positive terminal is connected to the next speaker's negative terminal. Thanks.
