Can i use the Sony B3000 speakers on a Denon AVR-1602 AV receiver?

Can i use the Sony B3000 speakers on a Denon AVR-1602 AV receiver?

Denon specs: 70 watts x 5 into 8 ohms (20-20k Hz) at 0.08 THD
Sony B3000 specs:Frequency Response : 50 - 50,000 Hz, Impedance : 8 Ohms, Mid Range Size(s) : 3" (8 cm), Power Requirements : 120W.

I also want to know if i can connect 2 channels to the same speaker (4 cables FR and RR to one B3000) so it can be FR and RR on the right B3000 and FL and RL to the left B3000.

Yes, you can use those speakers. Though, I would never buy Sony speakers, as they are not very good.

As for connecting two speaker inputs into one speaker, that's a Really Bad Idea.

But, go ahead, I'm sure that the sight and small of the speakers burning up would amuse someone.
