I HAVE ONE BALCK ,ONE YELLOW, ONE RED, ONE BLUEwires and I want to to connect these wires to the bulb .Please suggest? (System is Europian)?

Get it checked out by an electrician with the necessary equipment.

Moreover, first tried with blue is ground, red is main , yellow stripped but still its not working . because only for three wires its works with that connection but for four wires its doesnt work
