I have this record player http://thumbs4.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/mfnO1F8b648P8xmSA6qkQjg.jpg and it has the cables needed for speakers but the ac power cord is very awkward. It is a 16v 1w. I am baffled. The cord is pictured here. http://s992.photobucket.com/user/RetroMan13/media/Snapshot_20140107_zps5f644cf8.jpg.html
So how can I get it power?
I really would love some help or advice!
That turntable was designed to work with a Fisher Studio Standard rack system and nothing else. The turntable is useless unless you had the rest of the 1980's system it came with.
Note that when you purchase a standard power turntable, you will still need an amplifier - those cables do not connect to speakers directly.
