Are there any hdmi cables that have the hdmi plug at one end and the red, yellow, and white plugs at the other?

Yes, there are such products. Here is a (lengthy) link to one on eBay.

However, you would need a hdmi (input) to composite video (output) and red/white (output) active converter box, and one hdmi cable, and one composite video cable, and one red/white cable.
