Audio question on UMA 752 amp?

I have a Peavey UMA 752 amp that I've been asked to use for the following: 

-Input audio from a DVD player 
-Input audio from a wireless microphone 
-Send audio to an RCA jack that plugs into a phone system 

I can get the audio in from the DVD player on channel four, and I can bring the mic audio into channel one. What I'm curious about is how to get the audio out to both the overhead speakers and to the phone system. I'm not an audio guy, just an IT guy that's been shanghaied. Any suggestions?
