PS3 HDMI to three pong surround sound? )(=_¨^><#$"%

So I have a HD TV. And usually I use the HDMI from the TV to the PS3 but I now have a surround sound system and it only has input for the red white yellow wire so is there anyways to keep the HDMI and the surround system all at once?
