Help with PX-900

I bought a PX-900 pre-transmodulator for my amp.  I'm excited to use it, but can't get the darn thing to work.  It won't even turn on.  Has anyone else had this problem?

My PX-900 won't turn on either.  I'm so disappointed.

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Is it plugged in?  Maybe that's the problem.

The PX-900 has a known defect and will never work.  Sorry.
