Hey Lite, I know that problem. Can you try a few things for me?
Try checking these things. Does it happens only when you're running on batteries? Does it happen only when you're moving the mouse? Sometimes interference happens when the battery is running or too many USB devices are running on a badly shielded wiring.

Laptop line out noise when using headphones
I hear a hum/buzz/white noise on my headphones when I plug in my AKG K702 directly into the headphone jack.
Any Suggestions?
