Where Should I Mount My Soundbar on the Wall?

I purchased a Soundbar and it came with a wall mount bracket. Where should I mount the Soundbar? 
Should it be flush with the top of the TV or so many inches above the top of the TV?

I keep mine portable. I use it for everything.
