What is the best Pico/ Micro projector for under 400$?

For a slightly lit/ Dark room. I will be needing to hook HDMI up to the projector. So I would like it to be able to play at 1080p. And able to do so in a 16:9 format. Any suggestions are welcome !

Get a Epson VS220 SVGA 2700 lumens color brightness. 

By the way you will have to replace the bulb with every 5000 hours or so. Hope you know that. 

Get a hdtv instead.
