That is a big question and I am going to have to separate it into Part A and Part B! A. If the fertilizer is an N-P-K and has no organic sources, it will not have any GMOs in it. All N-P-K fertilizers are made up of either man-made materials like urea, ammonia, poly phosphates or mined products like iron sulfate.
