Under 60,000 what? What do mean best? Projectors are often made to meet several kinds of needs, like the need to throw a large image from close up, or be 3D compliant, or have exceptional resolution, or be very conservative of bulb life, or extra bright for daytime use on the appropriate screen material, or fit different, interchangeable lenses. 60,000 US would not quite buy you an I MAX projector, but probably something quite close. In this kind of price range, you really have to be talking about best at what. Good brands would include Ben Q, INFOCUS, ASK, etcet.
