Optical audio output to analog convertion?

lg-sl90.jpgI have a Lg led tv that has no port to connect 3.5mm jack...so I cant use my home theater which dont have a optical input port..is there any way to connect amy tv with my normal home theater by any converter which convert optical to analogous? ?? Is there will be a difference in quality if I convert so??? Need a advice ASAP plzz help me guyzzz
