I own a Marrantz SR-5600 AV Receiver for my home theater. Since a while ago, the volume control on the front of the receiver does not work (which by the way is digital- it can go round forever). The only way to deal with the volume is the remote control, which works like new, without any problems. I've tried removing the volume button and used the spray to clean it inside but it doesn't help. Can it be a digital error, something wrong inside the amp, or is it possible to get it fixed.
